6 April 2013 UK border agency changed some of (10) immigration rules included Uk Student Visa (Tier -4). For the new rules you must have to meet the minimum requirements ofr Uk students visa along with English language proficiency, Like IELTS, TOFEL, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE), Cambridge ESOL, Pearson test of English (PTE) etc.
For students visa in UK you have to added one of this test certificate .
TOFEL :550
IELTS : 5.5 Minimum
CAE : B
ESOL : B-2 Minimum
UKBA requirement - B2 level
Students must achieve a minimum PTE Academic score of 51 across all four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
