যারা ইউরোপের বিভিন্ন দেশে বৃত্তি নিয়ে পড়াশুনা করতে তাদের কে কিছু জিনিস মনে রাখা দরকার .ইউরোপের অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটি মাস্টার ও পি এইচ ডি প্রোগ্রামে বৃত্তি প্রদান করে থাকে . অনেকে জানেন আবার অনেকে জানেন না . তুর্কি যদি ও ইউরোপিয়ান ইউনিয়ন ভুক্ত নয় তারপরেও ইউরোপের পোল্যান্ড, লাটভিয়া, লিথুয়ানিয়া, এস্তোনিয়া, স্লোভাকিয়া , এস্তোনিয়া ,হাঙ্গেরি পর্তুগাল এই সব কয়টি দেশের অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থা অনেকে ভালো . যেখানে পড়াশুনার ও রয়েছে উন্নত মান যা সারা বিশ্বে গ্রহণযোগ্য .তুর্কির সকার প্রতি বছর ব্যাচেলর, মাস্টার্স, পি এইচ ডি প্রগার্মে বৃত্তি প্রদান করে থাকে . এই বছর ও বৃত্তি ঘোষণা করেছে . বৃত্তির আবেদন করতে কোন ধরনের এপ্লিকেশন ফী প্রদান করতে হয় না . তাদের নির্দিষ্ট এপ্লিকেশন পোর্টালে অনলাইন এ আবেদন করতে হবে .মনে রাখবেন অনলাইন এ আবেদনের সমর আপনাকে যাবতীয় ডকুমেন্টস এর স্ক্যান কপি তাদের ওয়েবসাইট আপলোড করতে হবে . তারপর পোস্ট অফিস কিংবা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সকল প্রকার ডকুমেন্টস যা যা এপ্লিকেশন এ উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে . এখন কথা হলো স্কলারশিপ এর মধ্যে আপনি কি কি পাবেন . আমি সকলের জানার সুবিধার জন্য তুলে ধরলাম .

Türkiye scholarships consist of these opportunities:

• Allowance
For Associate Students 282,50 USD per month
For Undergraduate Students 282,50 USD per month
For Master's Students 423.75 USD per month
For Ph.D. Students 565 USD per month

• Accommodation

Türkiye Scholarship students can stay in public university dormitories without paying any fee. Students who do not want to stay in these dormitories can use other housing possibilities on their own expenses.

• Tuition and Fees

Türkiye Scholarship students do not pay any tuition or university fee for education.

• Health Expenses

Türkiye Scholarship students are covered by public health insurance.

• Turkish Language Course

Türkiye Scholarship Students take Turkish language course for one year if they do not have proof of Turkish Language knowledge. Turkiye Scholarship students who study in other languages instead of Turkish must also take Turkish Language Course.

• Transportation

Türkiye Scholarship students will get a certain amount of money for their transportation expenses at their first arrival to Türkiye and departure after graduation from Türkiye.

Application Requirements #
Candidates who have graduated or are likely to graduate from an educational institution equivalent to that of Türkiye's in the present academic (i.e. bachelor's degree for master's level) can apply to Türkiye Scholarships.

There is also age condition for candidates required to meet.

• For applicants applying to Undergraduate Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1992,

• For applicants applying to Master's Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1983,

• For applicants applying to Ph.D Degree: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1978.

It is expected to have certain academic score from candidates for each program and scholarship level. There are specific minimum score of the program that you are applying at "assessment and selection" section.

Students who are currently studying in Türkiye are not allowed to apply to the level that they are already studying.

Turkish citizens and persons who lost Turkish citizenship cannot apply for this scholarship program.

Türkiye scholarships are open for all country citizens who meet these conditions.

Documents Required for apply scholarships #
1.Diploma or Student Certificate: Diploma proving your last degree level with regard to your intended scholarship category or student certificate showing that you are currently studying.

2.Exam Results: Documents showing the results of academic exams or language tests you have taken at national or international level are likely to increase the chance of winning Türkiye Scholarship.

3.Transcript/Academic Record: Document that shows all courses and grade points you obtained in your last program of study (last 3 years for high schools)

4.Identification Document: Government-issued document that identifies you such as identity cards, passports, driver's licenses and birth certificates.

5.Photo: Passport photo taken within the last 6 months in full-face view

Assessment and Selection ##

The selection of candidates is carried out according to academic achievement and interview performance. Türkiye Scholarships is a program based on academic success of the candidates.

Academic criteria of the applicants will be measured according to these documents:

• Diploma Grade

• General Average Grades Received Until The Last Term (*)

• University Entrance Exam Grade (if any)

• High School Graduation Exam / Baccalaureate Grade (if any)

• International Test Score (if any)

• Other Academic Assessment Score

(*) cumulative GPA

Candidates must have at least

• For Association degree applications 70 %

• For Undergraduate degree applications 70 %

• For Master's degree and Ph.D. Degree applications 75 %

• For Medical School applications 90 %

weighted grade point average over their maximum graduation grade.

Candidates among those who completed the application fully will be invited to interview according to their academic success.

Interview information will be delivered by e-mails and online application system. Interviews will be held face to face or via communication tools in the countries where Turkish Consulates or Embassies don't exist.

মনে রাখা দরকার মাস্টার এর জন্য যারা আবেদন করবেন তাদের কে ৩০ শে মার্চ এর মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে . আর যারা ব্যাচেলর প্রোগ্রামে আবেদন করবে তাদেরকে  ৩১ শে মে এর মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে .
